Shipping & Returns

How do I find out if my order has been shipped?

 

 

After completing your order, you will receive confirmation on the registered phone number and/or email address used at checkout. When your package is picked up by our Logistics Partner, you will receive tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout.

 

When should I expect my order to arrive?

 

Orders are shipped all over India. The speed of delivery is determined by your location. It can take 3-7 business days. Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

 

How much time does it take you to ship an order?

 

All orders will be shipped within the next two business days.

 

What happens if my package is damaged when it arrives?

 

Please refuse any damaged packages. Please notify us as soon as possible. We will either resend the item(s) you ordered or refund your entire payment. Refunds are available only if reported within 7 days of delivery.

 

How much does shipping cost?

 

All orders qualify for free standard shipping. If the buyer chooses priority shipping, there will be additional charges. However, in the event of a return, the buyer may be required to pay for shipping. Only on orders below Rs, 2499 with COD option will be charged Rs. 50.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Gorilla Labs has always worked hard to give our customers a better experience. However, we've noticed that only a few accounts take advantage of our generous return policy. These accounts typically return the majority of the items purchased or refuse to accept our shipments. As a result, our regular customers are unable to purchase these items. To protect our customers' rights, we reserve the right to charge a shipment fee of Rs.149 for all orders and disable the cash on delivery option for accounts with a high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted based on the value of orders placed.

 

Returns within 7 days

 

For a period of 7 days after the shipping date, we will fully refund any unopened/unused product, the product must be in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return freight charges unless you are returning a defective product.

 

Once we receive the product, we will process the return for you within 24-48 hours.

 

Products with defects/flaws

 

If you have a problem with your product, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. We'll send you an email with a return label to put on your box and send back to us. We'll ship you a replacement, issue you store credit, or give you a full refund of the product price once the package is in transit.

 

**In the event of a damaged inner seal, returns/refunds will only be granted based on the Unboxing video taken while unpacking the package.

 

 

POLICY LIMITATIONS (Applicable to all returns)

 

– Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery to be considered for a refund.

– If you cancel your order while it is Pending, Processing, or On Hold, you will receive a full refund within 48 hours. Simply call us at 9167666946 or email us at labsgorilla@gmail.com to cancel your order.

– If you cancel your order while it is in the Processing or Shipped status, you will be required to pay for return shipment charges, and a transaction fee of 2.5% will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

- Refund requests will be considered only if the dietary supplement is not consumed.

You can now cancel an order by calling our customer support number when it is not dispatched. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

 

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
